Job summary

Destination Pet, a full-service veterinary hospital in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Licensed Veterinary Technician to lead clinical care and work to the top of their license. You will perform anesthesia, dentistry, diagnostics, and nursing tasks while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Texas Licensed Veterinary Technician state license.
Active clinical leadership with the ability to work to the top of your license.
Experience in a full-service practice is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Work to the top of your license as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset.
Perform anesthesia and analgesia, dentistry, radiography, in-house lab work and sample collection.
Lead tech appointments, mentor assistants/externs, and participate in team huddles and training.
