Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a veterinary technician, preferably in diagnostic imaging, specialty, or emergency medicine.
• Active Licensed Veterinary Technician credentials required.
• Experience with patient handling, restraint, radiographic positioning, sedation or anesthesia support, and safe imaging workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic imaging procedures, including radiography, CT, and ultrasound.
• Prepare, position, and restrain patients for imaging; support sedation or anesthesia as directed.
• Monitor patients during imaging to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with imaging setup, equipment checks, and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain accurate imaging records and PACS labeling/storage.
• Communicate with clients and teams about estimates and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff to support patient care.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and PPE use.
• Maintain a clean, safe imaging environment.
