Job summary

Virginia Veterinary Centers in Short Pump, VA is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT) for a fast-paced hospital. This full-time role offers 4x10 shifts, day shift, and a compensation range of $30-$35/hour with a supportive team.

You will apply advanced nursing skills including IV catheter placement, venipuncture, anesthesia induction and perioperative care, radiographs, and surgical prep as part of daily patient management.

Qualifications

  • Certified, Registered, or Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) license required.
  • Emergency specialty experience required.
  • Strong technical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Licensed Veterinary Technician (Critical Care) – CVT/RVT/LVT | $30- 35/hr

Location: Virginia Veterinary Centers, Short Pump, VA

Full-Time | 4x10's | Monday - Friday | Day shift | $30- 35/hr

Schedule
  • Four, ten- hour shifts per week

Licensed Veterinary Technician Responsibilities
  • Credentialed veterinary technician withstrong technical skills(to include placing IV catheters, venipuncture, administering premedication, anesthesia induction & monitoring, patient preparation, surgical nursing, and perioperative nursing care, radiographs, etc.)
