Job summary

Beam Vet Care Inc. in Lynnwood, WA seeks a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join a team of 8 veterinarians, 5 LVTs and support staff. You will work closely with doctors and lead day-to-day for support staff in an AAHA-accredited practice.

A minimum of 30 hours per week qualifies for full-time benefits; new graduates welcome with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Washington veterinary technician license (LVT) required.
• Available every other Saturday, 9 AM – 4 PM.
• New graduates welcome; training and mentorship provided.
• References requested after initial screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and perform tasks as directed.
• Check in appointments and record detailed histories with TPR.
• Restraint, IV catheter placement, blood draws, laboratory work and dental cleanings.
• Assist with surgery and monitor anesthesia.
• Communicate clearly with clients and the veterinary team.
• Guide, mentor and support fellow team members — our LVTs set the standard the support staff learn from.
