Brown Dog Lodge Veterinary Clinic - Arlington, TN is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to work at the top of your license and lead clinical care. You will be a driving force for medical excellence with a patient-first mindset within a supportive team.

Brown Dog Lodge Veterinary Clinic is equipped for excellence. We provide top-of-the-line medical, surgical, and dental equipment, including an underwater treadmill for advanced rehabilitation.

Your Role - Clinical Driver & Leader

As a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVMT), you will be encouraged to work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.

You will primarily utilize your skills in:

• Anesthesia & Analgesia: Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery.
• Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction).
• Diagnostics: High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection.
• Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes.
• Workflow Leadership: Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs.

Schedule: Full-time with flexible scheduling options (choose 4 ten-hour or 5 eight-hour shifts) and a predictable weekend rotation.
