Brown Dog Lodge Veterinary Clinic in Arlington, TN is hiring a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVMT) to work at the top of your license, lead clinical care, and mentor teammates in a fully equipped hospital.

Responsibilities

• Anesthesia & analgesia: full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, monitoring.
• Dentistry: full‑mouth dental radiography, charting, periodontal therapy.
• Diagnostics: in-house lab analysis, radiography, sample collection.
• Nursing & triage: critical patient monitoring, wound care, managing catheters/feeding tubes.
• Workflow leadership: lead tech appointments, team huddles, mentoring.

We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.You will primarily utilize your skills in:Anesthesia & Analgesia: Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery.Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction).Diagnostics: High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection.Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes.Workflow Leadership: Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs.Growth & ScheduleGrowth Paths: Your career interests guide your path!
