Acadia Healthcare's The Refuge – A Healing Place in Florida is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to direct and coordinate clinical program activities. You will collaborate with clinical leadership, medical providers, and support staff, applying trauma-informed care to meet client needs.

The role requires advanced licensure (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT), leadership experience, and a history with eating disorders or addiction treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Fully licensed LMHC, LCSW or LMFT.
• Experience with eating disorders, trauma‑informed care, addiction treatment, or residential settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that provide quality care and outcomes for the patients.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient operations of the program; coordinate care delivery, work flow; oversee scheduling, registration and billing processes.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication.
• Responsible for an assigned caseload if applicable to the program.
• Monitor staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and audit charts and records.
• Serve as liaison with other staff on regulatory standards.
• Assist in development and implementation of operating policies and procedures.
• Provide outreach services in area of clinical specialty.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
