We're hiring a Licensed Trauma Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to clients with trauma histories, including PTSD, moral injury, and related conditions. You'll work within a supportive clinical team, lead a structured trauma-focused group program, and have real input into how the program grows.

Provide individual therapy to clients presenting with trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring concerns
Facilitate weekly trauma-focused group therapy sessions
Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Apply evidence-based modalities including EMDR and/or Brainspotting
Collaborate with the clinical team on care coordination and progress monitoring
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Contribute to program development and continuous improvement
Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.
Minimum 2 years of experience providing trauma-focused therapy
Solid working knowledge of PTSD, complex trauma, and trauma-informed care frameworks
Experience facilitating or co-facilitating group therapy
EMDR certification or active EMDRIA-approved training
Brainspotting certification or advanced training
Experience with CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) or PE (Prolonged Exposure)
Background working with high-stress occupational populations (military, first responders, healthcare workers, etc.)
