Job summary

Provive Wellness in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Licensed Trauma Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy for trauma histories, including PTSD. You will join a supportive clinical team, lead a structured trauma-focused group program, and influence program growth.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of trauma-focused therapy experience.
• Solid knowledge of PTSD, complex trauma, and trauma-informed care frameworks.
• Experience facilitating or co-facilitating group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients with trauma, PTSD, and related concerns.
• Facilitate weekly trauma-focused group therapy sessions.

Provive Wellness is a behavioral health practice in Greenwood, Indiana committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We're growing our trauma services team and looking for a skilled clinician who is passionate about helping clients heal from complex trauma and PTSD.

About the Role

We're hiring a Licensed Trauma Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to clients with trauma histories, including PTSD, moral injury, and related conditions. You'll work within a supportive clinical team, lead a structured trauma-focused group program, and have real input into how the program grows.

This is a great fit for a clinician who wants more than a caseload — someone who wants to build something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual therapy to clients presenting with trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring concerns

• Facilitate weekly trauma-focused group therapy sessions

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Apply evidence-based modalities including EMDR and/or Brainspotting

• Collaborate with the clinical team on care coordination and progress monitoring

• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience providing trauma-focused therapy

• Solid working knowledge of PTSD, complex trauma, and trauma-informed care frameworks

• Experience facilitating or co-facilitating group therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• EMDR certification or active EMDRIA-approved training

• Brainspotting certification or advanced training

• Experience with CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) or PE (Prolonged Exposure)

• Background working with high-stress occupational populations (military, first responders, healthcare workers, etc.)
