Job summary

Provive Wellness in Wayne, PA, is seeking a Licensed Therapist specializing in trauma and PTSD. The role offers full-time work providing individual and group therapy to clients with trauma histories, including PTSD, and allows leadership in growing a signature trauma program.

You will utilize evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Brainspotting, conduct intake assessments, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to monitor progress and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of trauma-focused therapy experience.
• Experience facilitating or co-facilitating group therapy.
• Solid knowledge of PTSD and complex trauma frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients with trauma histories.
• Lead weekly trauma-focused group therapy sessions.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Apply EMDR and/or Brainspotting modalities.
• Collaborate with the clinical team on care coordination.
• Maintain timely documentation in compliance with standards.
• Contribute to program development and improvement.
