Job summary

Provive Wellness in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Licensed Trauma Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy for trauma histories, including PTSD. You will join a supportive clinical team, lead a structured trauma-focused group program, and influence program growth.

This full-time on-site role offers a collaborative culture, opportunities to lead a signature trauma program, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of trauma-focused therapy experience.
• Solid knowledge of PTSD, complex trauma, and trauma-informed care frameworks.
• Experience facilitating or co-facilitating group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients with trauma, PTSD, and related concerns.
• Facilitate weekly trauma-focused group therapy sessions.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based modalities including EMDR and/or Brainspotting.
• Collaborate with the clinical team on care coordination and progress monitoring.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement.
