Job summary

Kona Counseling is seeking a Licensed Therapist for a full-time, on-site role in Gilbert, AZ. You will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities, complete intake assessments, and develop collaborative, culturally responsive treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active license in AZ or CO in good standing (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAC, MFT Associate).
• Trauma-informed, culturally competent, holistic mental health care for diverse populations.
• Experience conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Strong clinical documentation, caseload management, and ethics adherence.
• Effective communication and collaboration with clients, families, and teams.
• Comfort with EHRs and scheduling, and telehealth as needed.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Complete intake assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans reflecting holistic care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with other providers.
• Participate in case consultation or team meetings and crisis intervention when needed.
• Contribute to psychoeducation and wellness-focused programming for clients and community.
