Job summary

Lighthouse Psychiatry is seeking Arizona-licensed Therapists or Psychologists to join a multidisciplinary team in Gilbert. The role provides high-quality psychotherapy to adolescents, teens, and adults in a collaborative, psychiatry-integrated environment, with options for in-office, telehealth, and group sessions.

Ideal candidates have strong CBT/ACT/DBT skills and experience with mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, or TRD; supervision may be available for Associate Therapist candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona license in good standing (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/PhD/PsyD).
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
• Experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD or TRD.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Comfort with collaborative, psychiatry-integrated care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy (and group therapy if applicable) using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers regarding medication management, TMS, ketamine-assisted treatments, and psychedelic-assisted plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, compliant clinical documentation within the EHR.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care coordination.
• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards per Arizona regulations.
• Educate patients on treatment approaches, goals, and expectations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
