Job summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system providing services to children, adolescents, and adults across various settings. The role oversees a team of bachelor's and master's level staff delivering evidence-based treatment while ensuring ethical practices and budget adherence.

The position requires a Master's in counseling, psychology, or social work, with at least 2 years of direct mental health experience and a clinical license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work is required.
• 2+ years of experience in the mental health field as a direct provider of services.
• Clinical Licensure required (LCSW, LMFT, LCAC, LMHC).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care using best practices within scope of degree and license.
• Complete all required assessments and reassessments on time.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records according to organizational policies within one business day of service.
• Participate in Performance Management review timelines for direct reports.
• Track productivity and monitor budget requirements for the team.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff in line with Centerstone policies.
• Maintain effective relationships with community referral sources.
