Provides clinical and administrative oversight of a team of bachelor's level staff who are providing direct client care. Under the direction of the Manager, provides hands on supervision and direction to subordinates in the delivery of evidence-based treatment within ethical practices. The leadership style should be one of integration where the whole person is the focus.
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Basic computer literacy is required. Skilled in utilizing an electronic medical record.
Education Level: Master's degree required.
Years of Experience: Clinical experience is required. This may be fulfilled through clinical practicums or internships completed as part of a master’s degree program.
LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A required.
