Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a licensed clinical leader to supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering individual, group, family, and couples therapy across all ages. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, production oversight, and adherence to organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will supervise bachelor’s and master’s level clinicians, ensure timely documentation, and maintain quality care while partnering with community resources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or social work.
• 2+ years of experience in mental health as a direct provider.
• Clinical license required (LCSW, LMFT, LCAC, LMHC).

Responsibilities

• Provides direct client care using best practices within scope of degree and license.
• Completes all required assessments and reassessments on time.
• Maintains accurate clinical records within one business day of service.
• Recruits, trains and supervises staff per Centerstone policies.
• Monitors productivity and budget requirements.
• Maintains effective relationships with community referral sources.
