Position Details

• Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 100% onsite at our Worcester, MA clinic
• Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with potential evening hours (up to 9:00 pm) as programming expands
• Setting: PHP/IOP
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Role Summary

The Licensed Therapist will provide high-quality behavioral health services, including developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Stay current with research and developments in behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (Required)
