Position Details

Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 100% onsite at the Quincy, MA Guidelight Clinic.

Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, with programming from 9 am - 3:30 pm.

Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000, depending on licensure and experience.

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Summary

The Adult Therapist will provide high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals facing behavioral issues. Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
3. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
4. Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
6. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
7. Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.
8. Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
9. Stay updated on research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

Qualifications

1. A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
2. Valid state licensure (e.g., Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
3. Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling, preferably with adolescents.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
