Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. is seeking a treatment therapist at our Garden Valley, Idaho program, a non-profit Christian-based residential center for adolescents aged 12-17. The role emphasizes crisis counseling, DBT, and family engagement within a faith-based setting on-site in Garden Valley.

Position offers a flexible 3–5 day work week, sign-on bonus, moving reimbursement, and comprehensive loan-repayment support to help you grow your career while serving youth in a supportive community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual crisis counseling/therapy, group counseling, family counseling, and teach DBT.
• Implement Trauma-Informed Care in sessions and support TIC facility-wide (training provided).
• Provide weekly communication with parents through email or phone calls.
• Field phone and email inquiries from parents/guardians.
• Supervise family visits.
• Non-profit Christian-based residential treatment center for adolescents aged 12-17.

3, 4, or 5-day work-week schedule available.

Salary & Sign-On

• $5,000 sign-on Bonus
• Moving reimbursement
• Monthly student loan reimbursement.
• Up to $5,250 tax free student loan repayment annually

Location & Facility

Located in beautiful Garden Valley, Idaho on the banks of the Payette River. 1 Hour North of Boise. Located one hour outside of Boise, the Garden Valley/Crouch Idaho area is an outdoor lover's paradise with countless recreational options. Low-cost employee housing is often available on site. The client is an Idaho State licensed and The Joint Commission accredited faith-based Adolescent Residential Treatment Center.

Non-profit Christian-based residential treatment center for adolescents aged 12-17. Children attend our program because they are starting to make unhealthy decisions, and community-based interventions have not been successful. Our program is licensed by the State of Idaho as a Child Residential Treatment program for up to 40 clients and employs 40 staff.
