Silver Lake Psychology, a therapist-owned private practice, seeks Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide high-quality outpatient care remotely for individuals, couples, and families. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in Virginia (Psychologist PsyD/PhD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings.
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Experience with children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum per schedule (28/week for full-time, 15/week for part-time)
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Role Summary

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

Requirements

• Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
