As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families, maintain a consistent caseload, and document care accurately while collaborating with a clinical team.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted license in VA: Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) or LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPCC.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Experience with evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently in a clinical setting.
• Comfort with EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings and with diverse populations.

LMFT, LPC, LCSW - W2: $55-$60/hour + Bonus Opportunities (Ramp & Quarterly Bonuses Available)

Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - W2: $63-$73/hour + Bonus Opportunities (Ramp & Quarterly Bonuses Available)

Employment Type: W-2 Employee, Part-Time (with opportunities to increase to Full-Time)

Role Summary

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• W-2 Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week required
• W-2 Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week required
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Compensation & Benefits

• LMFT, LPC, LCSW - W2: $55-$60/hour + Bonus Opportunities (Ramp & Quarterly Bonuses Available)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - W2: $63-$73/hour + Bonus Opportunities (Ramp & Quarterly Bonuses Available)
• Admin Rate: $20.34/hour

Requirements

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in Virginia
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
