Silver Lake Psychology is a therapist-owned private practice delivering outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. This hybrid Nashville-based role emphasizes clinical autonomy, curated client matching, and supportive supervision with a focus on growth and quality care.

Therapists collaborate with a clinical team, manage a consistent caseload, and deliver evidence-based care, emphasizing client progress, accuracy of documentation, and ethical practice in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in Tennessee (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Solicit parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and goals.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain a caseload per role (minimums vary by full-time/part-time/1099).
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.

Role Summary

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• W-2 Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week required
• W-2 Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week required
• 1099 Independent Contractor: Provide a minimum scheduling availability for a caseload of 15 clients per week
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Compensation & Benefits

• LPC - W2: $43-$49/hour; LCSW - W2: $45-$50 | LPC, LCSW 1099: $60-65/hour
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - W2: $60-$68/hour | 1099: $70-80/hour
