ARC Health seeks a Licensed Therapist for Silver Lake Psychology, offering remote or hybrid work options from the San Francisco area. The role centers on delivering high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families within a supportive clinical team.

Requirements include an active license (PsyD/PhD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in CA) and a relevant degree with experience in evidence-based modalities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week if full-time (W-2)
• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week if part-time (W-2)
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Role Summary

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Admin Rate: $20.34/hour
