Job summary

Peace Valley Recovery, LLC in Hamilton Township, NJ, is seeking a licensed therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join our PHP/IOP program. You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy to adults in recovery, with a collaborative multidisciplinary team and an emphasis on evidence-based treatment.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license as an LPC or LCSW (required).
• Experience in SUD and/or co-occurring disorder treatment preferred.
• LCADC preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for PHP and IOP clients.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and case management staff on client care and discharge planning.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision.
