Pyramid Healthcare in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ is seeking a Licensed Counselor for PHP & IOP treatment addressing mental health and substance use. The role is full-time, 40 hours/week, with Monday–Friday scheduling and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities include individual, family, and group counseling, care planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Competitive benefits are provided, along with licensure supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Licensure as LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC or actively working toward licensure.
• Strong counseling and documentation skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Complete clinical documentation and Level of Care assessments.
• Coordinate with referral sources and outside providers.
• Support aftercare planning and continuity of care.
• Contribute to curriculum development and clinical programming.
