Job summary

Centerstone in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT) to join our outpatient clinic. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a starting salary of $62,000–$68,000, with comprehensive benefits and supportive clinical leadership.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy, conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve client well-being in person or via telehealth as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current Tennessee licensure as LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT.
• Experience providing behavioral health services through employment, internship, practicum, or clinical training.
• Preferred: experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy services based on client needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
