Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead an outpatient clinic team of therapists, nursing and psychiatry staff. The role reports to the Regional Vice-President and requires a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.

The Clinic Manager will oversee staff, referrals, productivity, onboarding, and staff development, while coordinating with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality client care and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
• Supervisory experience preferred and/or experience in behavioral health with children/teens.
• Strong communication, leadership and professional judgment for team supervision and service delivery.

• Provide administrative oversight for outpatient staff including caseload management and referrals.
• Monitor productivity and provide guidance to staff; ensure timely reports and proper onboarding.

JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY OF POSITION This position will serve as a Clinic Manager in an Outpatient Clinic with primary responsibilities of supervising a team of Outpatient therapists and if applicable, Outpatient Team Leader. This position will report to the Regional Vice-President and requires a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or approved related field.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative oversight for Outpatient staff (psychiatrist staff, therapists and, nursing staff) and to include caseload management, handling of referrals, monitoring productivity, and offering guidance and support Attend administrative oversight with Regional Vice-President and clinical supervision as appropriate Monitor therapy referrals to make ensure there is a disposition within the time frames. Complete all required reports accurately and in a timely manner Ensure appropriate onboarding and training for all new staff. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other clinical staff and leaders within Centerstone in order to better facilitate services for clients. Assist in trouble shooting with outpatient staff to ensure their success in providing services. Develop strategy for coverage of caseloads when an outpatient therapist position is vacant. Conduct staff evaluations at intervals determined for all staff on the team. Complete Adverse Occurrence Clinical reviews and provide recommendations for improvement. Complete clinical audits as assigned. Monitor and correct service and billing failures Interview and hire for vacant positions. Coordinate psychiatric and nursing services with the Regional Psychiatrist and Director of Nursing.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level Applicant must have a master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage/Family Therapy or related field required. Years of Experience Supervisory experience is preferred and/or experience providing behavioral health services with children and teens.
