Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a licensed outpatient therapist to join a brand-new, therapist-focused practice environment. You will conduct intake assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed outpatient therapist with Tennessee licensure (LCSW/LPC-MHSP/LMFT).
• Experience conducting intake assessments and forming diagnoses.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy across lifespan.
• Interest in leading therapy groups and utilizing evidence-based interventions.
