Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and other clinical modalities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate accurate DSM-based diagnoses
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to support client progress and outcomes
- Build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering high-quality, client-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
- Respond promptly to client needs, including urgent situations, in both in-person and virtual settings
- Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
- Communicate proactively regarding clinical concerns that may impact clients or program operations
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical decision-making
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- Master's degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
- OR Master's degree in a related field with:
- At least 24 graduate-level semester hours in behavioral health-related coursework
- Coursework and experience in clinical treatment, assessment, psychopathology, and DSM diagnosis
- Active licensure required: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
- Clinical experience required (may include graduate-level practicum or internship experience)
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to utilize EHR systems and clinical documentation tools effectively
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and virtual formats
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral health care and continuous professional growth
