Job summary

All In Solutions in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Licensed Therapist for our outpatient substance use treatment program. You will conduct clinical evaluations and deliver evidence-based interventions for individuals, groups, and families, assessing functioning across work, family, and daily routines to identify needs and resources for long-term recovery.

The role requires NJ licensure (LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW/LCADC), a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least 2 years of experience with chemical

Qualifications

• NJ State licensure/registration as LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCADC required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with chemical dependency and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Experience in OP/IOP/PHP behavioral healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family counseling for substance use disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and assess client needs and progress.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust measurable treatment plans based on progress.
• Act as client advocate and provide crisis intervention during emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and document records per state standards.
