Job summary

All In Solutions in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as the clinical cornerstone of our outpatient substance abuse program. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage detox protocols, and address complex health needs to stabilize patients and support long-term recovery.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based treatments, coordinate care, and document all interventions in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient substance use treatment settings is preferred.
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey APRN or PA license required.
• Prescriptive authority with DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations upon admission to determine medical stability and withdrawal severity.
• Diagnose and treat substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions using ASAM criteria.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications and MAT per DEA standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to tailor patient-centered treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready EHR documentation and care transitions.
• Lead medical response for acute distress or high-risk withdrawal scenarios.
• Participate in clinical rounds and case reviews to optimize outcomes.
