Job summary

Highlife Recovery is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our outpatient addiction and mental health treatment team in Columbus, Ohio. The role focuses on individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders, providing both individual and group therapy and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position includes comprehensive documentation, treatment planning, and collaboration with medical, psychiatric, and case management staff to ensure integrated care for adults in outpatient

Qualifications

• Active Ohio behavioral health license (LISW, LMFT, or LPCC) required.
• Ability to facilitate therapy groups.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients in outpatient and intensive outpatient levels of care.
• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Conduct biopsychosocial and ASAM assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, MAT, nursing, and case management staff.
