Solution Based Therapeutics LLC is seeking an Associate Clinician in Columbus, OH, for LSW/LPC candidates. The role involves providing individual and group counseling within outpatient and intensive outpatient settings, developing treatment plans, and ensuring quality documentation.

Ideal candidates hold an active Ohio LSW or LPC, a relevant master's degree, and have strong communication and collaborative skills to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $65,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule Options

We are currently hiring for either of the following full-time schedules:

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–9:00 PM (4x10 schedule)

Position Overview

Highlife Recovery is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Clinician to join our outpatient addiction and mental health treatment team in Columbus, Ohio.

This position is designed for clinicians holding an active Ohio LSW or LPC who are looking to continue building their clinical experience while working with adults receiving outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders.

The Associate Clinician will provide individual and group counseling, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate closely with medical, psychiatric, MAT, nursing, and case management staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to clients in outpatient and intensive outpatient levels of care.
• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM level-of-care assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and update them as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Support clients experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, MAT, nursing, and case management providers.
• Assist with crisis support and communicate clinical concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential clinical practices.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Ohio LSW or LPC license.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Comfortable providing both individual and group counseling.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment environment.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in substance use disorder treatment.
• Experience in community behavioral health.
• Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with ASAM criteria and addiction treatment levels of care.
• Experience completing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans.

Compensation

$65,000–$70,000 annually, depending on relevant clinical experience.
