Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions seeks a Clinical Therapist to support individuals recovering from addiction or mental health challenges. The role reports to a Clinical Supervisor and provides individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention within licensure scope.

Responsibilities emphasize documentation, treatment planning, collaboration with community providers, and PHI/HIPAA compliance. A Bachelor’s degree with an active license is required in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience.
• Active license (LCDC II/III/ LSW/LPC/LICDC/LISW/LPCC).
• Must pass BCI check, corporate compliance checks, and employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services such as individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention.
• Completes treatment plans, progress notes, discharge plans, and reports per standards.
• Maintains accurate clinical records and coordinates with community providers.
