Job summary

SimiTree Talent Solutions is seeking a Licensed Therapist for an inpatient Mental Health facility in the Linton, IN area. This is a full-time, on-site role for licensed professionals (LCSW, LISW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) with active Indiana licensure.

You will conduct behavioral health assessments and treatment planning, provide individual and group therapy, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current state licensure (LCSW, LISW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Experience providing behavioral health counseling services.
• Inpatient or Residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on client care plans.

Licensed Therapist Opportunity Description

SimiTree Talent Solutions is a leading search firm for the Behavioral / Mental Health industry. Our client is looking for a full-time, on-site Licensed Therapist for a high acuity Psychiatric & Substance Abuse inpatient facility in the Linton, IN area. Must be licensed in the state of Iowa.

Licensed Therapist Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Current state licensure (LCSW, LISW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Eligible therapists that require supervision are welcome to apply
• Experience providing behavioral health counseling services
• Inpatient or Residential Experience preferred
