Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for outpatient services in a hybrid or in‑person setting. You will deliver evidence‑based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, while maintaining a client‑centered approach and a manageable caseload.

The role supports clinical excellence, collaboration, and flexible scheduling with both base pay and production‑based compensation options. Full‑time or part‑time positions available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for: MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes with professional boundaries.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Active participation in building and maintaining caseload to meet weekly billable expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to support the community.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for:
  • MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Compensation: We offer two pay options to meet your professional and financial goals! We have an option with a predictable base pay and another with flexible earning potential.

Rate Based Pay Model:

• Licensed: $ 68,000 – 75,000

Commission Based Pay Model:

• L icensed: $ 66,000 – 124,000

* Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.

* Employees in these positions are W 2.
