Job summary

Clinical Manager Opportunity Description

Our client is looking for a full-time, on-site Clinical Manager - Behavioral Health for a high acuity Psychiatric & Substance Abuse inpatient facility in the Grinnell, Iowa area. The Clinical Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise staff, support quality outcomes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.

Clinical Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current Iowa licensure preferred (LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LPC, RN, or equivalent)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, or inpatient settings
