Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) seeks a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts to provide virtual and in-person therapy for couples, families, adults, and children in Waterloo and surrounding Black Hawk County. You will work with licensed clinical supervisors to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a related field and Iowa licensure. The role offers flexible scheduling, licensure supervision, and a competitive compensation package with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field and Iowa licensure.
• Experience delivering community-based therapy to diverse populations.
• Ability to provide virtual and in-person therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based therapy and counseling assessments.
• Serve a diverse population of children, adults, couples, and families.
• Develop individual treatment plans addressing behavioral and mental health needs.
• Manage case plan oversight and re-evaluation for best outcomes.
• Receive licensure supervision from Clinical Supervisors.
