Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth therapy to clients across Iowa. You must be independently licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LISW or PhD/Licensed Psychologist) and available for at least 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.

We support you with credentialing, billing and marketing, plus orientation and training to get you started. Full-time clinicians receive comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with employer matching, and loan

Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians in Iowa (LMHC/LMFT/LISW or PhD licensed psychologist)
• Available for minimum 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability
• Experience with telehealth and EHR tools
• Comfortable treating diverse clients, including couples and children

Responsabilités

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients
• Deliver evidence-based care with measurable progress
• Manage a full caseload and coordinate with clinical leadership
• Participate in training, credentialing, scheduling and billing support
