Green Counseling Services, PLLC in Waterloo, IA is recruiting licensed therapists, counselors, and social workers to join our expanding team. We offer 25 billable clinical hours per week with scheduling determined by providers and a supportive leadership model.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapists, counselors, or social workers; licensure preferred.
• Provisional, temporary, or conditional licenses may be considered.
• Interest in providing therapy across modalities and client populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services (individual, family, couples, group) per provider preference.
• See diverse client presentations focusing on integrative healthcare.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
