Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Therapist for its Virtual Care Clinic. This work-from-home position delivers clinical services including psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies that meet established standards of care and practice.

Masters degree in social work or counselling with licensure as LCSW or LPCC is required, plus supervision training. The role may include initial patient assessments for outpatient care, participation in performance

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counselling with licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
• Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Additional knowledge of clinical aspects of the mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies meeting established standards of care and practice.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and assist in interpretation of performance improvement data.
• May provide initial patient assessment if assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged.
• Contribute to clinical supervision when required by the program.
