Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is recruiting a Licensed Therapist for the Virtual Care Clinic. This is a Work-from-Home position offering remote clinical services, including psychosocial assessment and various forms of therapy, with treatment plans developed with patient/family participation.

The role emphasizes adherence to standards of care, performance improvement participation, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required.
• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
• Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
• Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.

Responsibilities
