Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Licensed Therapist for the Virtual Care Clinic. This is a Work-from-Home position offering remote service delivery in the United States.

The clinician will provide psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies in line with standards of care and practice. Requirements include a Master’s degree in social work or counselling and licensure as LCSW or LPCC, plus supervision training to supervise within the program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counselling.
• Licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
• Knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies.
• Deliver clinical services meeting established standards of care and practice.
• May provide initial patient assessment if assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret performance improvement data.
