Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group seeks a Licensed Therapist to join its Virtual Care Clinic, delivering psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies via telehealth.

The role develops patient treatment plans with family participation, reassesses plans regularly, and may provide initial assessments in outpatient behavioral health. Supervision duties may apply where qualified, with strict confidentiality and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required.
• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering counseling services and strategies for applying cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies meeting established standards of care.
• Develop patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately.
• May provide initial patient assessment in Outpatient Behavioral Health if assigned and independently privileged.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret performance improvement data.
• Provide clinical supervision where qualified; participate in consultation, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.

This is a Work-from-Home position.

Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately.

If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data.

If qualified, may provide clinical supervision. Expected to participate in consultation, set professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).

• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
