Job summary

Homeside Rehab, Pt, Ot, Slp LLC in New York seeks licensed LMHCs and LCSWs to provide home-based behavioral health services to children and adolescents in Bronx, Queens, and Yonkers. You will deliver individual and family therapy, complete assessments, and maintain clinical documentation as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active New York State LMHC or LCSW license.
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
