Job summary

TeamCare LLC partners with Intensive In Community Therapeutics (IIC) to provide in-home behavioral health counseling across New Jersey. We seek compassionate mental health providers to work with children (ages 5-21) and families in home and community settings.

Part-time roles offer flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours with no minimum caseload, plus free clinical supervision toward licensure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• NJ License requirements for licensure as a mental health provider (LPC/LAC/LCSW/LSW/LMFT/LAMFT).
• Background checks and professional references are required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are expected.
• Experience with Intensive In-Community (IIC) is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling to children (ages 5-21) and families in home/community settings.
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes per state/agency guidelines.
• Coordinate with case managers for services and case management.
• Participate in ongoing family treatment goal meetings and updates.
• Maintain consistent communication with the agency team and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic counseling services to children ages 5-21 and families in their home/community

• Communicate with case manager in case management and coordination of services
• Participate in ongoing assessment/evaluation meetings of the family’s treatment goals
• Consistent communication and follow ups with agency core support team and leadership
