We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to provide behavioral health services for individuals with complex mental health and co-occurring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of behavioral health conditions, including mental illness, personality disorders, and challenges related to family and support systems.
This role requires close collaboration with psychiatry, community support programs, families, social service agencies, and legal partners to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. The therapist will work independently with minimal supervision, contribute positively to the clinical team, and provide support to program leadership or fellow clinicians as needed.
Candidates must hold a current licensure as an LCSW, LCMHC, or associate-level clinician and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Additional training, experience, or credentials may be required based on the population served and program needs.
Location: Taylorsville NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 no on call work
Pay: $50,000 - $56,000
