Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Virginia to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Midlothian, VA. You will deliver evidenced-based mental health care, maintain patient progress, and work with a clinical community that supports professional growth.

Position offers flexible scheduling seven days a week, with guaranteed pay for sessions, credentialing support, and a comprehensive benefits package designed for clinicians who want a lasting career in a hybrid care

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
• Open to treating diverse clients, including couples and children

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care to clients
• Utilize telehealth and in-person sessions
• Collaborate with teams and maintain documentation in an EHR
