Job summary

Thriveworks in Williamsburg, Virginia is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to a broad client base across the country. The role combines telehealth with face-to-face sessions in Williamsburg, VA, with a flexible schedule seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

ET and robust support to minimize administrative burdens. Compensation is up to $55,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with a clinical team while Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support.
