Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Midlothian, VA.

Independently licensed in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) with 30 hours of weekly availability and a focus on couples and family therapy. Full-time benefits include health insurance, loan repayment assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.
• Open to treating diverse clients, including couples and children.
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
• Maintain a full caseload with flexible scheduling (7am–10pm ET).
• Collaborate with a clinical community and support teams.
• Engage in credentialing, billing and administrative support processes.
