This role plays a critical part in supporting client recovery through comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
As a Counselor, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high quality, client‑centered care in a dynamic treatment environment.
If in recovery, one year of continuous sobriety is required
LPC, LMFT, or LCSW - $70,000 - $76,000 annually
LPCC, LMFTC or LSW/SWC - $60,000 - $66,000 annually
LAC - additional $5,000 annually
